I bought five of these and they look amazing. They are extremely high quality. I also had an issue with one, when I realized it didn't fit the exisiting hole in the door, which was in further than the other doors. I requested and was sent the longer insert. Great customer service.

This doorknob is so pretty however it broke upon installing.the little metal piece fell off when trying to tighten it.
